NeighborWorks® Alliance of New York State

Who We Are

The NeighborWorks® Alliance of New York State is a network of twenty-two community-based not-for-profit organizations that are dedicated to revitalizing their communities. Based in rural, suburban, and urban communities across the state, NeighborWorks® organizations (NWOs) bring together local, private, and public sector partners and residents to determine their communities' needs and determine how best to meet them. NeighborWorks® organizations are affiliated with NeighborWorks America®, a national nonprofit organization created by Congress in 1978 to provide financial support, technical assistance and training and education for community-based revitalization efforts.
